Return Policy

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, a refund may be given upon return of the item/s (excluding postage costs), in original condition and without damage, within 14 days of purchase.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are given on products of same or greater value. Exchanges will be posted once extra costs, if applicable, including postage, have been received. 

 

Damaged Items

In the rare event a product arrives damaged, a replacement will be posted once the product is returned, without extra cost. Great care is taken in ensuring products arrive to you in excellent condition however unfortunately these things do happen. Please contact me if you have any issues with your received products.

 

Shipping

Shipping may take up to 14 days, depending on your location, with all orders generally being shipped from the northern coastal area of New South Wales, Australia. All prints and original artwork can be shipped both nationally and internationally.
